  1. Desktop Support
  2. Windows Server Maintenance & Monitoring
  3. Fortigate Firewall Maintenance
  4. Cisco Switch Configuration (L3 and L2)
  5. Email Configuration and Maintenance
  6. Antivirus Configuration
  7. Day to day IT support Activities
  8. Maintain Incident Management Register
  9. Roles & Rights adjustment and Log maintain
  10. User Access Management Control Maintenance
  11. ISO IT Related documentation and periodic verification

Educational Qualification:

B.E. / B-Tech / Diploma in CSE/IT/ECE

Other Qualification:

CCNA Training or Certificate (Preferred)

Job Experience:

3 years to 6 years
