What types of jobs does S&IB provide?
We have employed over 38000 people at more than 6500 locations across India.
By 2025, we plan to employ 25000 youths from the underprivileged section of the country. As a general recruitment process, we follow the following steps:

From clerical level, and support staff to executive profiles, we have a diverse multi-skilled workforce. We have inducted many trainees from premiere management institutions as well.

What are the few active actions taken by us for employee benefits?
Started in 1985, S&IB is always looking to create a growth-oriented workspace for our employees. No matter the position of seniority, we continuously train our employees. We also take pride in being an equal-pay and equal-opportunity workplace with a healthy gender ratio.
We have a fully equipped state-of-the-art training academy. Here current employees are upskilled to become more efficient and employable. Managers, supervisors and teams are trained regularly. In a nutshell, here’s how we have helped our employees over the years:

- 200+ employees have benefited from ESI in the last 10 years
- Employees have been aided by the Employees’ Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme (EDLI). In case of an uneventful case of death of an employee, the surviving kin of the employee will get death insurance through his PF. Generally, an amount of 3 lakh is paid to the kin.
- A loan facility is provided to the employees.
- As mentioned before, we provide ESI, PF and other benefits.
